These terms apply to your use of this site and to any water assessment request you submit through it. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them.

What this site is

This site lets you request a water assessment from Toledo Water Conditioning. Submitting the form is a request, not a booking. An assessment is scheduled only once we contact you and confirm a time.

Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number and email address are yours or that you are authorized to provide them. By checking the consent box you agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your request. See our Privacy Policy.

Service area

We test, install and service water systems within about 35 miles of Toledo. Requests from outside that area may not be scheduled. Availability of a given product or service at your address is confirmed on the visit.

Pricing, quotes and warranties

Any figure given during or after an assessment is a quote for the work described, and it is valid only as stated at the time. Warranty terms, including the equipment and labor coverage referenced on this site, are set out in the paperwork provided with your installation, and those documents control.
